The open trip is USD 459 per person, twin share. Private trips cost from USD 390 per person (4D3N, group of 8) up to USD 1,020 per person (6D5N for 2), depending on trip length and group size.

Entrance and donation fees, drone and mirrorless documentation, mineral water, meals during the trip (9 on the 4D3N), a tour leader, a 3-star hotel on twin share, pickup at the meeting point on day 1 and drop-off at Waingapu Airport on the last day.

Flight tickets and personal belongings. Room upgrades on private trips and a private or couple room on the open trip (USD 99 per room) are optional extras.

Choose a date: any date while accommodation is available for a private trip, or a scheduled Thursday for the open trip. Pay a deposit of at least 50%; the balance is due no later than 14 days before departure. Booking within 14 days of departure: pay 100%.

A participant who arrives late and delays the itinerary is deemed to have withdrawn, and there is no refund.

No. It is not liable for changes or cancellations of flights, damage, loss or delay of baggage by airlines, hotels or other transport, or loss of personal belongings during the trip.

Participants are responsible for loss of or damage to trip facilities and are charged the price of the item.
